Call Center Manager

Focal Point Remodeling of Harrisburg, PA is seeking a Call Center Manager, the backbone of our marketing success, and requires an exceptional candidate with a "Can Do" attitude and who is results driven. We are seeking Trainers, Motivators & Mentors.

Qualifications and Performance Expectations

• 3+ years or more experience in a Management or Supervisory role in a Call Center.
• Capable of providing direction and leadership, with a focus on performance and behavior expectations, to the Call Center team. Experience with inside sales and lead generation. Coaching, motivating & mentoring individuals daily.
• Ability to communicate with diversity and effectiveness
• Lead a team of 6-15 Call Center representatives
• Highly organized and goal orientated
• Must be coachable
• Abiding by all company requirements
• Must be flexible and ready to work
• Willingness to drive goals and Agent expectations weekly and monthly.

Requirements:

• Experience with CRM, automated dialers, text/SMS messaging preferred
• Comfortable working with computers
• Willingness to work side-by-side on the floor with other team members as needed
• Must have at least 3+ years of experiences in a Call Center
• Be the Example through Leadership
• Ability to Multitask, Problem solve & work with a hands on approach
