Your Job:
As Associate Director of Rev Ops at Feathr, you will be the primary “owner” of the company’s Salesforce Sales Cloud instance. The main users/stakeholders are members of the Sales team and Customer Success team (for pipeline/account management) and the leaders thereof (for reporting and analysis).
This role will also be responsible for maintaining and improving our Salesforce integrations with major tools such as HubSpot, Salesloft, and 6sense (primarily used by the Marketing team) and Intacct (primarily used by the Finance/Accounting team) to ensure reliable flow of data between these systems.
Additionally, this role will assist the Leadership team in analysis of performance of our Sales and Customer Success teams to reveal insights that may inform changes to company strategy or surface opportunities for process improvement. This will require manipulation of data within Excel or Google Sheets, as well as the creation/maintenance of workbooks for ongoing use.
This highly collaborative and cross-departmental role will report to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) while working closely with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and the department heads of Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. This role will begin as a senior individual contributor, with potential to manage a small team as the company grows.
Your Experience:
4+ years of experience of configuration, administration, or implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud
2+ years of Rev Ops experience at a B2B SaaS company with 50-500 employees
Salesforce admin certification (current or recent), or 2+ years of experience as the primary/sole Salesforce admin at a B2B SaaS company with 50-500 employees
Proficiency using Excel and/or Google Sheets for simple data analysis

Your Day:
The following are meant as representative examples, not an exhaustive list:
Audit existing Fields, Page Layouts, and Validation Rules to streamline the user experience for CSMs, while reducing human error and improving data integrity
Evaluate existing software tools utilized by the Sales and Customer Success teams, identify redundancy, manage the updated implementation and data migration that consolidates two existing tools; assist with the training + internal rollout of the new solution
Work with our VP of Marketing to automate MQL routing for inbound demo requests through our HubSpot-hosted website, and ensure the relevant fields on the Contact record captured from the HubSpot forms flow through to Salesforce
At the request of our Sr. Director of Sales, perform an analysis in Excel or Google Sheets of conversion rates MQO→SQO and SQO→Closed Won by prospect size (e.g. “How do our conversion rates and win rates compare for nonprofit prospects with $1M-$5M in annual revenue vs those $5M+ in revenue?”)
Build a dashboard for the VP of Customer Success to monitor customer Feathr app usage which serves as an early churn risk detection system.
Manage a queue of Salesforce admin requests coming from a handful stakeholders, responding in a timely fashion and setting clear, reasonable timeline expectations.
Compensation:
Base salary for this position is $120,000 depending on experience and credentials with an additional bonus potential of $20,000 per year (split semi-annually).

Location:
This is a remote-friendly role is open to candidates living in the US Eastern or US Central time zones. Feathr does maintain a small office in Gainesville, FL (our original company headquarters), which is available for use by local (or visiting) team members. For candidates located outside of Gainesville, attendance is expected (and costs of travel covered) for the full-company meetings in January and July.

Hiring Manager Interview - 60 minute virtual interview with the CRO/co-founder to learn about your skills, experience, and competencies as it relates to the requirements of the role. This is also an opportunity to learn more about the role, performance expectations, and team culture.
Work Assignment - Candidates will be asked to complete a project that is relevant to the work they can expect in the role. The completion of the assignment should not take more than 90 minutes.
Panel Interview - 60 minute virtual interview. Our Panel Interview is an opportunity for you to meet with multiple team members at once. Each panelist brings a unique perspective and expertise to the conversation.
This format allows us to comprehensively evaluate your skills, experience, and competencies as it relates to the role requirements. It's a chance for you to showcase your abilities and learn more about the diverse talents at Feathr.
Offer - The Talent Acquisition Team will reach out with the details of the offer to discuss with the candidate. At this time, we will collect and reach out to candidates’ references. This is also the opportunity for candidates to provide any additional information or context if there are concerns surrounding their background check.
