Human Resources Administrator.

the HR department and ensuring the smooth functioning of HR operations. The human resources administrator will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks from maintaining employee records to assisting with accounting activities. The ideal human resources administrator will be organized, resourceful and capable of handling confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Assists in development and implementation of company policy and procedures.
Comply and maintain adherence to regulatory requirements (FMLA, COBRA, FLSA, ERISA, etc.)
Conducts on-boarding and off-boarding
Performs benefit administration and communication to employees.
Conducts recruitment for all exempt, non-exempt, and temporary positions.
Perform payroll and related activities
Address employee concerns and direct to management as needed.
Coordinates and schedules appropriate employee training, company events, and meetings.
Work with Department Managers and Leads to ensure training is carried out and recorded.
Assist with AR/AP functions.
Calendar / Email management.
Comply with OSHA 300 reporting requirements.
Maintain confidentially for sensitive information and situations
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Skills:
Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
Customer service experience in a manufacturing environment
Working knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485

Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
Google Suite proficiency
ERP software proficiency
Previous HR experience
Previous AR/AP experience
Excellent people skills
