SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
Accurately provides oversight and administration for the company time, attendance, and payroll processing in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment. Responsible to deliver accurate payroll and all supporting functions.
LOCATION: Gainesville, FL
FLSA STATUS: Full Time; Non-Exempt
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Payroll administration of electronic biweekly exempt and nonexempt payrolls
- Create and evaluation document workflow and work procedures.
- Prepare, maintain, and present electronic payroll records and reports – working closely with the Finance and Human Resource departments.
- Manage and process garnishments/levies, leaves of absences and other time off status.
- Compile statistical and payroll data to ensure compliance within established federal, state, local or company guidelines.
- Research and resolve payroll issues and perform scheduled activities.
- Conduct appropriate review of data to ensure integrity, including but not limited to 401(k), deferral elections, loans, etc.
- Support annual workers' compensation, 401(k) and general audits, as appropriate.
- Process accurate and timely year end reporting
- Responsible for unclaimed property.
- Reconciliation biweekly payroll reports to the general ledger including payroll benefits.
- Monthly reporting to directors
- Weekly account payable printing
- Daily credit card reconciliation.
- Review patient refunds
- Work on projects on an as needed basis
