Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.
- Conduct job interviews, screen resumes, and coordinate the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Conduct orientation sessions and provide necessary information about company policies, procedures, and culture.
- Oversee payroll functions, including processing, reviewing, and verifying employee time and attendance.
- Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.
- Mediate conflicts and facilitate resolution, promoting a positive work environment.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Educate employees about available benefits and assist with enrollment processes.
- Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations, ensuring the organization's compliance.
- Support professional development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on HR data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong written and oral communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.
- 3+ years of experience in HR.
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications.
- Knowledge of employment law.
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
