Essential Functions: 

The Human Resources Generalist assists in all day-to-day functions within the Human Resources Department. Manages the front office by greeting people and answering phones, overseeing office supplies and materials, coordinates various engagement activities, and event planning. Oversight and administration of Workers' Compensation; OSHA logs; FMLA and ADA; Disability programs Provides regular assistance, and follow-up to departments, employees, and/or members of the general public related to inquiries. Assists with policy interpretation and questions.

Education: 

Associates Degree - preferred 

Work Experience: 3-5 years work experience in HR or Healthcare required
