General Summary/Purpose
The HR Talent Generalist identifies, manages, and educates teammates on a broad range of insurance and other benefits, including health, mental, and wellbeing initiatives. This role also provides creative collaboration and problem solving to support the whole team for nurturing engagement, retention, and growth.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Benefits Management
MManagement and administration of insurance and benefit initiatives by working with Teams, Team Leaders, and vendor partners to maintain and elevate our Teams' engagement through education, insurance benefit packages, physical wellness programs, and one-on-one teammate support, to play a crucial role in assisting teammates in making informed choices that support their wellbeing during the employment lifecycle. Oversight for FMLA benefits, workers' compensation claims, filing required quarterly/annual reports with government agencies, etc.
2. Talent Support
Ongoing management of internal programs and resources to support teammates' growth and work, including employee service awards, company store, annual company United Way campaign, retirement receptions, and more.
QualificationsEducation, Training and Skills Required
- Education/training equivalent to a Bachelors' Degree

- More than three years, fewer than five years
