HR Generalist Primary Responsibilities:
- Employee Liaison and Front-Line Leadership support through consistent application of policies and procedures
- Responsible for systematic data analytics of HRIS, as well as providing direction to department leadership on overall manpower objectives
- Full cycle recruiting, staffing and talent management.
- Facilitate new hire orientation, maintain training documents, and assist in processing new hire paperwork as needed.
- Support company through compliance with FMLA, occupational health, worker's compensation as well as all state and federal regulations.
- Conduct, review, and track investigations, corrective actions, and separations
- Employee engagement
- Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
HR Generalist Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years' experience in Human Resources.
- General Knowledge of Human Resources best practices and procedures.
- High proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communications skills.
- Strong overall computer and administrative skills.
- Experience maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
