Form of workWe are assisting our client in the search for an HR Generalist
Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave of absence; employee relations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
HR Generalist Primary Responsibilities:

- Employee Liaison and Front-Line Leadership support through consistent application of policies and procedures
- Responsible for systematic data analytics of HRIS, as well as providing direction to department leadership on overall manpower objectives
- Full cycle recruiting, staffing and talent management.
- Facilitate new hire orientation, maintain training documents, and assist in processing new hire paperwork as needed.
- Support company through compliance with FMLA, occupational health, worker's compensation as well as all state and federal regulations.
- Conduct, review, and track investigations, corrective actions, and separations
- Employee engagement
- Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
HR Generalist Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years' experience in Human Resources.
- General Knowledge of Human Resources best practices and procedures.
- High proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communications skills.
- Strong overall computer and administrative skills.
- Experience maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
