What you'll do:
We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations to lead our game management and operations teams. You will play a pivotal role in creating a quality GoodRec product and ensuring the success of our sports communities. Your responsibilities include:
Build a consumer-facing product; understand the customer experience and continually build towards a better product
Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancement
Coach, mentor, and encourage your operations team toward clear goals
Get into the details with your team, understand why things are done, and align your team’s actions with the goals of improved customer experience for players in games
Work with relevant teams to implement changes and streamline operations
Own revenue and profit, create clear priorities for your team that push towards increased profitability
Motivate and inspire teams, while building trusting relationships throughout the organization
We're looking for:
Flexible schedule: Comfortable working on nights and weekends on a rotating schedule.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technology and mobile apps, allowing you to support players with confidence.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adeptly prioritize tasks to meet our players' expectations.
Problem Solver: Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to providing outstanding customer service.
Interpersonal Skills: A confident, friendly demeanor with exceptional communication skills to build positive player relationships.
Experience/Education:
Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication
Full-time availability
5+ years experience in management positions
Experience working in a fast-growth startup or equivalent fast-paced environments

Compensation:
$3000 - 4000 USD depending on demonstrated skills, track record, as well as length and relevance of experience.
