Hr Generalist

Our client is hiring for an HR Generalist. This is an immediate temp to perm opportunity that can start next week! Report directly to the HR Director of a non-profit organization with a caring mission. $25-28/hr.
Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for supporting the HR director with aal administrative and an clerical tasks pertaining to recruiting, hiring, onboarding etc...
• Manage job requisitions and company wide job postings.
• Complete all onboarding activities including I-9's, entering employee information into HR system.
• Prepare regular HR reports.
• Additional HR projects.

Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience including recruitment.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Strong organizational and follow through skills.
• Non-Profit experience is a plus

Salary is $50-60K DOE
