Hr Generalist

Our Danbury area client has a need for an HR Generalist/Recruiter to join their team on an immediate temporary basis. This position has the potential to go perm. START THIS WEEK!
You will report to the HR Director, playing a pivotal role in growing their business.
Responsibilities include:

• Develop and understand the background required for each open position, Work with Hiring Managers to familiarize yourself with the specific position.
• Review candidate resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and interact with prospective candidates.
• Coordinate the onboarding process.
• Additional projects issued by HR Director.

• 3-7 years of corporate or external recruiting.
• Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills. Must be a self-starter and team player,
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
