What you"ll do
- Recruit new drivers
- On-board new drivers
- Support existing drivers
- Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations?
- Develop and execute driver education programs
- Handle driver inquiries and concerns and provide feedback to the leadership team
- Create and execute driver engagement programs
- Assist leaders with tracking performance and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Provide administrative support to the HR Department, including updating and distributing policies and procedures as necessary
- Provide regular communication with the drivers and internal teams
- Special projects as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of HR experience managing and enforcing policies and/or procedures
- Bachelor"s Degree preferred
- Proficient oral and written communication
- Advanced user of Excel and Word
- Track record of setting goals, creating action plans, and delivering results
- Experience networking and building a talent base
- Success in high-volume recruiting and retention
- Proven success in customer service and building client relationships
