Position Summary: We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time IT/HR Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient data entry in various systems, managing our SharePoint environment, and assisting with internal communications. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the smooth operation of our internal processes.
Data Entry
- Working in various systems and applications, accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining our data in our internal databases.
- Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors in data entry.
- Generate and distribute reports as required.
- Perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly audits of data to ensure the accuracy of Systems.
SharePoint Site Management
- Manage and maintain the organization’s SharePoint site, ensuring content is up-to date and accessible.
- Assist in the general rollout of new SharePoint sites as needed.
- Provide support and training to team members on using SharePoint effectively.
- Troubleshoot and coordinate the resolution of issues related to the SharePoint site.
Internal Communications Assistance
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal communication collateral.
- Support the development of communication materials, such as newsletters, email updates, and information bulletins.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather and disseminate relevant information.
- Assist with designing flyers, reach boards, and other collateral.
- Manage reach boards across the organization for accurate and timely content.

The pay range is $19 - $22 per hour. Starting pay rate will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable agreement. Dependent on the length of service, hours worked, and applicable agreements, benefits of sick pay of 1.33 hours for every 40 hours worked and retirement benefits.

Technology Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and outlook.
- Competent with Microsoft Teams.
- Familiarity with SharePoint.
- Experience with HRIS Systems, Paycom a plus.
- Knowledge of Canva and/or adobe preferred.
- Experience with Presentation Software
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): The following are required to enable job holders to perform the essential functions of the job.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Min 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
