What You Will Be Doing to Make a Difference...
• Support new hires to onboard through Paylocity HRMS and Relias (LMS)
• Coordinate scheduling of New Employee Orientation
• Communicate with recruitment team regularly on status of new employees through completion of orientation.
• Track and report on all compliance issues that arise during the onboarding process.
• Complete all required documentation in a timely manner.
• Create and maintain all employee files

Requirements
Qualifications/Credentials
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in Human Resources/Recruiting desired
- Experience with Paylocity and Relias learning management system desired
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is imperative
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Must be MS Office proficient
- Strong customer service focus and ability to deliver responses based on customer needs
- Experience or desire to work in a non-profit environment
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality is required
- Familiarity with Relias Learning Management System (a plus)
