What We Require:
In addition to being naturally outgoing and engaging, the minimum qualifications are:
- 1+ years of recruiting experience required
- Proven track record of achieving company goals and attainment of key performance indicators/metrics
- Tech-savvy with working knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Organized and disciplined to work independently
What You’ll Do:
The HR Assistant – Recruiter plays an integral role in finding new, and managing existing talent for our growing organization! In this role, you are the first point of contact for candidates and will assist them throughout the hiring process. The HR Assistant – Recruiter responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Screening applicant resumes to identify qualified candidates
- Act as first point of contact for candidates via email, text message and phone
- Conducting phone interviews and scheduling video interviews for hiring managers
- Assist with maintaining job postings in Applicant Tracking System and on all job boards (Indeed, Zip recruiter, Glassdoor, etc.)
- Assist HR and Client Services team with fulfilling various administrative tasks
