- Shift details: Monday - Thursday, 8am - 4:30pm
- Full-time ideally
- Outpatient only, zero inpatient coverage
- No call coverage
- No weekends
- Sole provider on-site but 100% Physician supervision remotely
- Adult patient population
- Travel + lodging expenses paid for
- Malpractice insurance with tail coverage
- Required:
- Board-certification
- DEA
- CSR
- BLS, CPR
- 2 years of experience
