Overview:
This role is needed to complete a records retention project, considering the necessary process and documentation on hand, and ensuring good practices when it comes to maintaining our employee data. This opportunity, while focused on this particular project, will also have the chance to explore many areas of our business and its HR activities. This could include internal communications; site event planning; and compiling information for use by your HR colleagues.
- Work independently, to pull documents and analyze for various dispositioning actions
- Coordinate documentation maintenance within the central repository of employee information
- Work collaboratively with Lansdale’s HR Department
- Be a team player, helping to support of business needs
- Utilize analytical, verbal and written communication skills to work closely with internal functional departments, not only in Lansdale but across CAES
- Maintain the strict confidentiality of sensitive information
- Utilize MS Office Suite and other software tools as necessary
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior work experience in an office setting, using customary tools & equipment
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
- Interest in HR, Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
- Interest in the Defense Industry.
- Must be comfortable with MS Office Suite
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Great organizational skills
Salary Range: [Temporary HR Assistant]: $21.00 - $25.00 hourly. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
