Chandler Hall, a Quaker, nonprofit long term care facility, is looking for a Human Resources Assistant to join
The Human Resources Assistant assists in the day to day operations of administering Human Resources policies and procedures in alignment with Chandler Halls mission, values and goals. The Human Resources assistant provides excellent customer service and guidance to employees and applicants of Chandler Hall.
Responsibilities include assisting with scheduling interviews, coordinating new hire onboarding information and requirements, conducting reference checks and background screening, as well as employee file compliance,
Must have excellent customer service skills, highly confidential and experience working in Human Resources.
