Exciting Homecare Agency is looking to hire an HR Assistant for our Philadelphia offices to assist the HR Manager in a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Manage phone calls in a supportive, reassuring manner for HHAs.
- Assist with on-boarding in our North Philadelphia location.
- Assist with documentation retrieval during the employee on-boarding process; may require travel.
- Assure compliance with federal/state/local regulations governing home care services.
- Assist with employee issues relating to EVV administration and visit verification (timesheets).
- Maintain any trackers/spreadsheets in relation to patient/employee compliance daily.
- Maintain compliance with all Patient & Employee files for auditing purposes.
- Assist with quarterly internal audits of all files for compliance.
- Maintain adequate supplies of necessary forms and PPE supplies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous HR experience is preferred
- Phone customer service skills
- Organizational Skills
- Patience and the ability to handle pressure and deadlines
- Must be detail-oriented, proactive and self-motivated; willingness to learn new skills and take on additional projects; self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license and an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or Angels on Call requirements and is in good working order

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
