General Office Aide

Tech Pro Construction - is seeking a part-time Office Assistant . The successful candidate is an enthusiastic, dependable, punctual, energetic, diligent and hardworking person who is able to work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment, is able to work with minimal supervision, and is able to communicate effectively with management, customers and others.

Responsibilities of this position may include the following:

• Answer all incoming calls.
• work on websites and social media
• Prepare outgoing mail.
• Schedule appointments, interviews and projects
• Attending job fairs
• Make outbound business calls
• Maintain company files
• Receive and send emails
• Daily and weekly follow-ups
• Additional responsibilities may be provided

Requirements for this position include the following:

• Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Accurate data entry skills.
• Professional and welcoming personality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, be extremely organized and detail oriented.
• Social Media experience
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preference may be given to candidates who have the above experience plus the following:

• Previous office experience
• Physical Requirements:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit. May require close vision work.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
