As an Office Support Coordinator your responsibilities will be:
- Represent the company in a professional manner and maintain the front lobby, conference rooms and office breakroom.
- Professionally greet all customers and visitors, while monitoring all activities in front lobby of facility to include, daily interaction with vendors, visitors, customers, Charter employees, and employment applicants along with daily administrative functions of the front office.
- Daily communication with internal employees, the customer service department and sales team to support the needs and requirements of our customers.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding company production capabilities, schedules, lead times, materials, shipping requirements and company requirements.
- Responsible for accurately entering orders into the production system, order confirmations, tracking of orders through shipping and delivery, communications of changes and concerns to customers, production and sales staff, maintenance of all records of customer contacts, programs, pricing and specifications and requests.
- Ability to remain calm, clear-headed and pleasant under pressure.
- Ability to properly prioritize multiple projects and tasks while assuring completion of all required responsibilities is critical.
- Contributes to team effort by involvement in special projects as assigned.
- Assisting HRBP and Plant Manager with designated tasks.
- Setting up orientation and coordinating interviews
A strong Office Support Coordinator will possess:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have a desire to learn and grow within their position.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint), and comfortable with learning and utilizing internal software applications, relevant to job function, along with basic office equipment.
- Must be internal & external customer-centric.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, organization, and successfully handle multiple tasks.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- Positive attitude and team player mentality is required.
- Quick response time to assigned tasks and requests from customers.
- Knowledge of multi-line phone system.
