Team Leadership and Supervision:
- Cultivate leadership skills to guide and inspire team members, strategically recruiting and assigning individuals to roles aligned with their abilities and qualifications.
- Assume accountability for fostering overall team growth and development, collaborating with leadership to strategically hire and optimize team composition.
- Lead by example by demonstrating a hands-on approach when needed, including tasks such as delivering campers, and actively participating in various responsibilities to set a standard for the team.
- Manage all hired and subcontract employees including regular performance reviews
- Understand all job roles and duties including: Logistics manager, Service Advisors, RV Techs, Drivers, Cleaners, Office Personnel, Maintenance Techs, and Sales Persons
- Make sure all company procedures, checklists, and standards are followed by all employees and subcontractors
- Acknowledge that any unfilled roles may become part of your responsibilities for the day.
Networking:
- Exhibit comfort in attending various networking events, including chamber luncheons, trade shows, community events, and industry-specific conferences.
- Engage in networking across a spectrum of platforms, such as dealerships, campgrounds, and relevant Facebook groups.
- Undergo training to enhance proficiency in employing effective networking strategies.
Office Functions:
- Ensure the seamless execution of all office functions.
- Oversee and enhance operational processes for optimal efficiency.
- Use company software as provided
Business Development:
- Demonstrate active participation in fundamental sales activities.
- Engage with the community strategically to elevate the business's presence.
- Contribute innovative ideas to drive business growth and development.
- Participate in the procurement of new service and rental clients
- Maintain a disciplined approach by adhering to established plans.
Adaptability:
- Display a willing embrace of a diligent work ethic on a daily basis.
- Acknowledge the evolution of the role.
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt seamlessly to changing environments and evolving business needs.
- Assist other offices with procurement of RV’s and other management tasks as needed
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a managerial or leadership role, showcasing a successful track record.
- Proficient in backing a RV, setting up an RV, cleaning, and stocking.
- Comprehensive knowledge of service writing.
- Possess basic RV and mechanical skills.
- Strong leadership acumen, demonstrating the ability to lead and inspire a team effectively.
- Fundamental understanding of the industry and specific business operations.
- Effective communication skills, encompassing verbal and written communication, both in email, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving capabilities, enabling adept resolution of challenges.
- Readiness to actively engage in a variety of tasks, including tasks outside your job description.
- Skillful goal-setting, measurement, and achievement.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
