We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Clerk. The Clerk will be responsible for providing administrative support, and delivering excellent Customer Service. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong clerical and Customer Service skills.
Responsibilities:
Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to typing, filing, and data entry
Learn our industry specific software, in order to serve our clients
Communicate with techs in the field in order to share changes in scheduling and special client requests
Interact with customers to provide information and resolve inquiries or issues
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow
Handle customer support inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Strong computer skills, and the ability to talk & type
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer service-oriented mindset
