Suburban School Transportation Company, Inc. Is seeking a full-time
General Office Assistant to work alongside our Suburban team. Candidate will be responsible for General Office Duties.
Candidate will be trained on several software packages including HR and proprietary database programs therefore computer, and phone skills expectance will be required.
Candidate will have direct contact with all staff members requiring the candidate to possess excellent interpersonal skills and a warm demeanor. The office atmosphere at times will be operating at a fast pace so multitasking abilities are a must.
Seeking a candidate with 4 years’ experience in a similar setting or will be willing to train the right candidate that has the ambition to learn.
A 4-year college degree is a plus.
Requirements include
· Clean Driving Record 3 Years required
· Ability to pass a physical and drug test
Background Check
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Good organizational skills and attitude
