SalaryDental practice is looking for a Front Desk representative to join our brand new team at Twinsburg location. Candidate must be a friendly, organized, hardworking individual with excellent customer service skills. Dental office experience and training specific to Open Dental practice management software experience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining a schedule for hygienists and doctors by scheduling and confirming appointments and working pending/recall appointment schedule
- Answering phone calls and scheduling the appointments or answering questions posed by the caller.
- Processing claims and pre-determinations electronically or manually and following up with insurance companies for timely payments
- Discussing financial arrangements with patients and collecting on delinquent accounts
- Managing patient records including posting procedures, payments, clinical notes etc.
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming environme
Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
