Job Overview:

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our service organization's operations, with a focus on achieving growth and profitability. You will provide strategic leadership, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain a customer-centric approach. This role requires a versatile leader who can excel in multiple areas, including marketing, sales, finance, technology, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy aligned with the company's vision and goals.
    • Provide strong leadership to the management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  2. Marketing and Sales:
    • Oversee marketing efforts to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
    • Drive sales strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue streams.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
  3. Financial Management:
    • Assume full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
    • Monitor financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize profitability.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
  4. Technology and Innovation:
    • Stay abreast of technological advancements relevant to our industry.
    • Identify opportunities to leverage technology for operational efficiency, customer engagement, and competitive advantage.
  5. Operational Excellence:
    • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
    • Develop and implement best practices, procedures, and performance metrics.
    • Manage and optimize the supply chain and logistics processes.
  6. Team Development:
    • Attract, hire, and retain top talent, fostering a high-performing team.
    • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, promoting professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role with P&L responsibility in the service industry.
  • Strong background in marketing, sales, finance, technology, and operations.
  • Exceptional strategic planning and execution skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Innovative mindset with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
