Gellert Hospitality Group, a proud Five Guys franchisee, is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Nashua restaurant. If you have a passion for hospitality and proven leadership abilities, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
In this role, you will:
- Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations
- Hire, train, develop, and motivate team members
- Ensure excellent execution of recipes, standards, and procedures
- Manage inventory, budgets, reporting, and administrative tasks
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and represent our brand values
- Promote a positive work environment focused on diversity, equity and inclusion
We require:
- 5+ years restaurant management experience
- Proven leadership abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work various shifts and weekends as needed
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Valid food safety certification
