SalaryWe are adding another store nearby that will be specific to our Tractor & Heavy Equipment division. We are in search of a talented individual with Dealership Management experience to oversee this new store. There will be ~12 employees to start and it will grow from there. We will be offering TYM Tractors, XCMG Heavy Equipment (3rd largest equip mfg in the world behind Cat and Komatsu), and many quality implement/attachment brands. We have two beautiful service trucks, and an extremely competent service staff in place. Requirements:
Ability to get the most results out of your team while maintaining their respect and a positive work atmosphere
Willingness and ability to assist overflow sales
Must be familiar with HR Dept functions and compliance
Must be familiar with all F&I Dept and Service Dept functions
Must have composed and proficient problem solving skills
Must be very proficient on computers & smart phones
Must have exceptional communication skills

Schedule:
We will be open M-F 8-5 and Sat 9-2, however the GM schedule is open to negotiation.

Pay:
$120k-200k/yr depending on skills, experience and schedule.
