Overview:
Maguire Enterprise, an up-and-coming leader in the hospitality industry, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled General Manager to join our team. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of Williston, VT, or be willing to relocate to Vermont.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for growth and advancement within our organization. The chosen candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of our fast-casual bakery in Vermont and will play a key role in driving our company's success.

Job Duties:

• Operating a high-volume flagship Crumbl Cookies location
• Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
• Ensure the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety are maintained at all times.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff to foster a positive and high-performing team environment.
• Foster positive relationships with customers, vendors, and the local community.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business initiatives and strategies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willingness to relocate within commuting distance of Williston, Vermont
