Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including overseeing the front desk and guest relations.
- Handle phone systems and ensure proper phone etiquette is maintained.
- Assist with night audit procedures, including reviewing and reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Assist in training and supervising front desk staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about hotel policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Assist in managing room reservations and ensuring accurate billing.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems and hotel management software.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
