As a full-time Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records for our company. You must be currently based in NYC to work in the office.
Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in various accounting software will contribute to the success of our financial operations. Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the company's financial records and bookkeeping
- Perform account reconciliations, including bank statements, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts
- Prepare and process journal entries for accurate financial reporting
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Conduct regular balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Process payroll and maintain employee records
- Generate financial reports and statements as needed, presentations
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
Qualification and Skills
- Proven bookkeeping experience
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and accounting software
- Proficiency in English and in MS Office
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Minimum of BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
