The candidate must have experience in accounting, payroll, human resources, and bilingual communication (English & Spanish). Additionally, proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Office Suite, and a proven track record in improving operational efficiencies is a requirement for this role.

The base pay range for this position is $67,000 to $73,000 per annum. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on several factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, etc.

Leather Spa® is seeking an experienced Office Manager – Bookkeeper to contribute to our growth and success. Responsibilities:
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records
- Conduct account reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Knowledge of customer and vendor financial reports, including balance sheets, and income statements
- Payroll processing for 50+ employees
- Manage and maintain office filing systems, including both physical and electronic files
- Manage QuickBooks data including (but not limited to) AP/AR and Payroll
- Support the day-to-day operations of the office
- Update employee manual and policies as needed
Requirements:
- +2 years of bookkeeping experience (Knowledge of QuickBooks REQUIRED)
- Proficiency in 10 key typing for accurate data entry
- Attention to detail and ability to reconcile
- Payroll processing and regulations
- +2 years HR experience
- Windows and Microsoft Office Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills, written and verbal, English and Spanish (REQUIRED)
- Must be a self-starter, quick-thinker, and have excellent time management skills.
- Can take the initiative
- Highly organized and can work with little supervision
