Responsibilities

• Issue checks for outgoing transactions/ invoices
• Data entry of monies going in and out
• Review & enter all incoming bills& invoices in a timely manner and match invoices to purchase orders
• Support month-end and year-end report process
• Ensure timely payments for all A/P
• Creating financial statements and general bookkeeping/accounting work.

Requirements

• Must be detail-oriented
• Knowledge of Excel
• Previous bookkeeping experience is a plus
• Bilingual - Mandarin preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
