- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with company goals and objectives
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of wages
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance

To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of corporate accounting principles, including payroll, account reconciliation, general ledger accounting, balance sheet reconciliation, tax, account analysis, and financial concepts
-Needs to be proficient in Quick Books
- Experience managing accounts receivable processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR software applications
