We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring its smooth functioning. This is a key role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
```Duties```
- Handling of sales invoices, A/R and collections including correspondence with customers.
- Handling of vendor invoices, A/P and payments including correspondence with vendors.
- Manage Quickbook file, Bank reconciliations, Journal entries and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Month/Year End Closings; working with CPA for filing of Corporate Tax Returns.
- Work with auditors from Insurance companies.
- Process payroll, file Payroll Tax Returns and assist with HR functions.
- Support the management team as needed.
- Manage and coordinate administrative tasks.
```Skills```
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Experience in balance sheet reconciliation, general ledger reconciliation, account analysis, and account reconciliation
- Familiarity with tax regulations and reporting requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
