We are seeking a motivated individual with 4-6 years of professional bookkeeping experience to join our firm.
Job Overview:
The Bookkeeper position is responsible for maintaining the general ledgers, tracking transactions, and regularly processing payroll. We’re seeking a detail-oriented candidate who can engage with all departments and positively influence and support our clients.
Responsibilities:
· Onsite accounting functions for our clients
· Accounts payable
· Accounts receivable
· Journal entries
· Invoicing
· Bank reconciliations
· Payroll processing
· Quarterly and Year-End payroll reports
· Month-end close
· Preparation of financial statements
Qualifications:
· 4-6 years of bookkeeping experience
· Experience with Quickbooks, Excel, and Sage 50 preferred
· Ability to multi-task
· Service-minded with an emphasis on integrity
