Responsible for the daily extra curricular, lunch accounts including the processes:
- Count, verify, deposit and receipt all money
- Pay all invoices for ECA, lunch accounts
- Receive and review free and reduced lunch applications
- Balance bank statements
- Prepare monthly financial statements for State Board of Accounts and corporation
- Other duties as directed by the Principal, Vice Principal or Superintendent
- Corporation accounts-appropriations, bookkeeping, billing, collections
