Century 21 Bradley is growing and looking for a leader who is self-motivated and dedicated to add to our Business Relations Team as a PART-TIME Commission/Bookkeeper Specialist. This position is part-time and does not have company provided health care.
Responsibilities include:
· Review, and process paperwork in Dotloop (transaction management software) according to specific guidelines.
· Enter sales transactions/contracts, calculate, and verify commissions and reconcile in Account Tech (accounting & real estate software)
· Research to resolve questions and respond professionally.
· Process charges and payments and maintain other assigned accounting records.
· Immerse yourself in learning various internal accounting/commission software and become the expert.
· Perform mathematical calculations quickly and accurately.
· Accurately process commission payments according to complex contracts.
· Process earnest money according to guidelines.
· Prepare and record daily deposits.
· Analyze current processes and make recommendations to improve.
· Special Projects
· Assist in all C21B company events.
Skills
- 2 years’ experience in bookkeeping or accounting preferred.
- Microsoft office, advanced computer skills (ability to learn & understand any software program) Accounting Calculator

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
