Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company
- Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Assist in management of accounts payable, ensuring bills are paid on time and accurately recorded
- Perform general ledger reconciliation and journal entries
- Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data
- Stay updated on financial concepts, regulations, and best practices
- Utilize QuickBooks Online to record and track financial transactions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Familiarity with financial report writing and analysis
-Understanding of payroll processes and regulations
- Ability to perform account reconciliation and general ledger reconciliation
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
