How you will make an impact
- Support quality archived records by filing documents
- Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
- Manage and review general ledger
- Organize a structured method to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures
- Be responsible for accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
- Review payments received and record deposits
- Appease accounts by balancing entries- Prior experience working with collections/accounting software
- Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred
- BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
- Accounts Payable (AP) experience
- Command of Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Strong familiarity with Paychex Payroll
