Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the organization
- Prepare and process financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management review
Skills:
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, including debits and credits, GAAP, and balance sheet reconciliation
- Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, to maintain financial records
- Experience in public accounting or a similar role that involves working with multiple clients or entities
- Knowledge of technical accounting principles and ability to apply them to complex transactions
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and analysis
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
