Kelly Services has recently partnered with a rapidly growing non-profit organization seeking a Bookkeeper to join their team. Our client was founded over 20 years ago with the mission of empowering children through education. The ideal candidate will be local to West Bloomfield, MI and possess a proficiency in QuickBooks Online. Apply today for immediate consideration!
Job Duties:
- Enter donor data into QuickBooks
- Send donor receipts
- Generate and send weekly reports to volunteers & management
- Perform data analysis as requested
- AP/AR transactions and post accordingly
- General administration and communication
- Travel to West Bloomfield and Plymouth MI twice a week
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of previous experience in bookkeeping
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required, Associates degree preferred
- Must be proficient in QuickBooks online
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Possess own computer and phone
