Are you an experienced bookkeeper looking for a dynamic role in a thriving Home Care Agency? We are seeking a dedicated individual to Join Our Team in Jackson, MI. As a Bookkeeper with us, you will play a vital role in our daily operations, ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Weekly Payroll: Manage weekly payroll processing with precision.
- Billing & Receivables: Handle billing and receivables accurately and in a timely manner.
- General Ledger: Maintain our general ledger with meticulous attention to detail.
- WOTC Credits: Expertise in Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) application.
- Accounts Reconciliation: Ensure accounts are balanced and reconciled.
- Journal Entries: Maintain organized journal entries.
- Strong Computer Skills: Utilize various software for bookkeeping tasks.
- QuickBooks: Proficiency in QuickBooks for seamless financial management.
- CRM Software: Use CRM software for client and employee database management.
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience (healthcare background of at least 5 years is preferred)
- Experience using CRM (Clear Care) software is greatly appreciated
- Health or Home Care Background (5 years)
- QuickBooks (3 years)
Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Location-Based: This is not a remote work-from-home position.
