Front Office Receptionist/Scheduler

Seeking a Head Front Office Coordinator for a fast paced Ophthalmic office.

Duties include: Answering phones, greeting patients, scheduling appointments, contacting insurance companies for benefits and Authorizations, Other duties include scheduling and going over Cataract surgery procedures with patients in office. Doing all operative reports after surgery is done. Must have very good attention to detail and be self motivated, and also be able to handle high call volume . Multi -Tasking is a must!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
