Ultimately, a top-performing person will perform all duties in a manner that ensures the efficient running of a warm, welcoming office by one who serves with a joyful heart.

Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and welcome patients to the practice.
• Ensure the front desk and lobby are neat, clean, inviting and well managed.
• Check patients in and out.
• Schedule and manage appointments, provide reminder calls to patients.
• Assist patients in filling out online information forms.
• Prepare patients’ charts and daily schedules for the staff.
• Update patient records and document treatments and procedures.
• Verify methods of payment and collect payments.
• Answer phone calls, and accept deliveries.
• Build positive relationships with the patients and team members.
• Provide support for the clinical and sales teams.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills, including excellent telephone etiquette.
• Engaging personality with a positive spirit and a desire to help patients and the team.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of computers with the ability to learn new programs.
• Good organizational skills.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Familiarity with Dental Office procedures and terminology is helpful.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
