```Duties```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Utilize computerized systems such as opera /PMS or various office tasks.
- Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable at all times
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role preferred but not necessary
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
