We are currently seeking a highly motivated and versatile Office manager /Receptionist to join our team. This position is at the heart of our company, acting as a pivotal point of contact and support for our team and clients alike.
As our Office manager /Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in facilitating smooth internal and external communications, managing a variety of administrative tasks, and ensuring the efficient operation of our office. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a knack for technology, and the ability to think outside the box. This is a versatile position offering significant room for growth within the company. This person is required to be on duty Monday through Friday from 8 to 5 PM There’s no flexibility to this work schedule. Also, they are required to occasionally stay late without notice due to business needs, and occasionally work on Saturdays.
*Key Responsibilities:
Answering phones and taking messages in a professional manner.- Filing, dispatching service calls, and maintaining a digital file system.
Conducting office cleaning and overseeing the management of office electronics.
Handling new hire paperwork and managing uniform inventory.
Performing customer follow-ups and managing licensing, including the filing of permits.
Making travel arrangements for staff as needed.- Undertaking a variety of administrative duties and projects as they arise.
*Qualifications:
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in office technology and software applications.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.- Ability to work independently and think creatively to solve problems.
Experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred but not required.

- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar)
