Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our firm, you will field telephone calls and greet visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess strong attention to detail.
Duties:
- Welcome and greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate individual
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Provide general administrative support
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
