Job Title: Receptionist/Office ManagerResponsibilities:Answer/handle incoming phone callsSort/process mailProvide general support to visitorsMaintain customer/vendor contact listsAct as the point of contact for customers/vendorsLiaise with Administrator to handle requests and queries from customers/vendorsFilingData EntryOrder/inventory office supplies and research new deals and suppliersMaintain office condition, organization and arrange necessary repairs (basic office cleaning)Requirements:Proven experience as an administrative assistantKnowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and proceduresProficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and QuickBooks would be a plus)Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize workAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environmentA creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
