Medical Receptionist Front Desk Office

Busy Pediatric medical office looking for full time receptionist for Front Desk. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented and can multi task in a busy environment. Monday-Friday and rotating Saturdays. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

• Greeting and welcoming parents and patients, be a friendly face

• Answering phones, scheduling appointments, providing information to callers, taking and relaying messages
• Collecting co-payments, and balances due on accounts
• Directing guests and answering their questions
• Notifying other workers of patient's arrival
• Contributing to the team by accomplishing tasks as needed
• Providing administrative and clerical support

• Preparing letters and documents
• Receiving and sorting mail and packages

• Managing medical records

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
